R&M may be provided with personal information by third parties or may have obtained personal information on your business’ website or on the website of another party such as LinkedIn.

R&M will not charge a fee for your access request but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.
To protect your Personal Information, R&M may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.

It is an important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. If you find that the information R&M holds is not up to date or is inaccurate, please advise R&M as soon as practicable so it can update its records and ensure it can continue to provide quality services to you.
